A PIN is a set of numbers, or a combination of letters and numbers, that you choose yourself. Using a PIN is a quick, secure way to sign in to your Windows device instead of using a password.

Please note, you will need to be logged into your computer account already, and know what your account password or previous PIN is if setting a PIN or changing the PIN, respectively.
