Sometimes some external emails could be quarantined by Sophos Email because of the global email security policy. If you are expecting an email that did not arrive in your inbox, you can check the 'Quarantine' email on Sophos Self-service Portal.


1. Open and login to SOPHOS Self-service portal via this link: https://central.sophos.com/manage/self-service (If you have not registered a SOPHOS account, you will need to create one by clicking the ‘Create Sophos ID’ under the ‘Continue’ button)

2. Click 'Quarantine'


3. Tick the legit email that has been blocked, and then click the 'Release and Allow' button.


The allowed email sender will be NEVER blocked in the future.
