Email users could receive lots spam emails everyday. You can block them in the Sophos Self-service Portal by yourself to stop those annoying spams.
1. Open and login to SOPHOS portal via this link: https://central.sophos.com/manage/self-service (If you have not registered a SOPHOS account, you will need to create one by clicking the ‘Create Sophos ID’ under the ‘Continue’ button)
2. Click 'Allow/Block'
3. Check if the sender you wanted to block is in the blocked list. If not, you can block it by adding the email into the block list. Click Add, and then in the drop-down, click 'Add block'.
4. Add the email in the blank and click save.
